1. Services
Ecom Pro Associates provides ecommerce services including marketplace management (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Temu, OnBuy), account reinstatement assistance, and Meta advertising management. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing before each engagement begins.
2. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we apply professional expertise and best practices, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes — including sales results, advertising performance, marketplace approval, or account reinstatement. Final decisions on suspensions and appeals rest solely with the respective marketplace platforms.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to required accounts and documents, and compliance with each marketplace's terms of service. We reserve the right to decline or terminate engagements that would require violating platform policies or applicable law.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are quoted per engagement and payable as agreed in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees for completed work are non-refundable.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client business information, account data, and case details as confidential and do not disclose them to third parties except as required to deliver services or comply with law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecom Pro Associates's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or marketplace account actions taken by platforms.
